We don't get to choose who we fall for. They may mistreat us, ignore us or hurt us, but we stay with them, why? It's not because we are stupid or we enjoy getting hurt, it's because we can see the good in them, its because despite all the arguments, they are the ones who make us feel a certain way that no one else can and we value that feeling, and because our brain won't allow them to leave our minds, our hearts, and wont allow them to leave our lives.
Stop falling, stop listening, stop texting back, stop worrying. Stop getting your hopes up, stop telling yourself this one's different. You have heard this story time and time before, and you know how it ends. He's playing that game and you are losing.
But I choose to trust him... again.
Don't judge yourself though someone else's eyes

It took me a long time not to judge myself through someone else's eyes.
When will you take the time out to stop judging yourself? When will you take the time out to realize that you are good enough just the way you are, and that with continual growth you will always be more than good enough, instead of "not quite, but almost good enough" or instead of being someone who was good, but lost themselves along the way.
Get over judgment. Get over the judgments of your peers, and quit acting accordingly. There Is so much life out there too explore that we leave from our lives when we choose not to look past the judgment of others, and our own judgments of ourselves.
Be a critic, but only criticize yourself in areas that you know you need to grow. Read books, continue to seek knowledge, and keep experiencing life in as many ways as possible. Continue to grow into yourself, and continue to grow so much that you help others to grow along the way.
why does it hurt soo much?

You can accept or reject the way you are treated by other people, but until you heal the wounds of your past, you will continue to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex, but eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories, and make peace with them.
